YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT CIT BANK, N.A., has commenced an action in Civ. No. 16-1-0807-04, against you in the above entitled court wherein said plaintiff prays for judgment in the sum of $530,499.84, plus additional amounts due, and for foreclosure sale. The address of the property being foreclosed upon is: 91-112 Haloko Pl., Ewa Beach, Hawaii 96706 (TMK NO. (l ) 9-1-062-070-0000).
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the Courtroom of the Honorable Jeannette H.
