Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes, Sections 560:3-801 and 560:3-803, notice is given that Robert H. Gerell died on February 14, 2018, and Randal Keola Gerell is the Trustee of the Robert H. Gerell Revocable Living Trust dated September 17, 1981, and is the named Personal Representative under the Last Will and Testament of Robert H. Gerell.

All creditors of the Estate of Robert H. Gerell and the Robert H. Gerell Revocable Living Trust dated September 17, 1981, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Trustee, Randal Keola Gerell, c/o Donald K. O. Wong, Esq., P. O. Box 2800, Honolulu, HI 96803-2800, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
