SETSUKO UYEHARA 91, of Waipahu, passed away on March 4, 2018. Born in Maizuru-Kyoto, Japan, she was a retired State of Hawaii Department of Education cafeteria helper at Waipahu Elementary School; a sewing teacher and seamstress. Preceded in death by husband, Shinichi and son, Eiji, she is survived by her sons, Zora, Shin and Maya (Paige) Uyehara; daughter, Jinnah Nakatani; six grandchildren and two great- grandchildren. Visitation from 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 8, 2018, at Hosoi Garden Mortuary; service at 4:00 p.m. No flowers. Casual attire.
