All persons having a claim against Decedent, the Estate of Ethel Mitsuye Davis (“Estate”) or The Ethel Mitsue Davis Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated September 24, 1996 (“Trust”), are hereby notified that ROBERT W. DAVIS, III, whose address is 1411 Mokulua Drive, Kailua, Hawaii 96734, is serving as successor trustee of the Trust.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of Decedent, the Estate or the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to ROBERT W. DAVIS, III, as successor trustee of the Trust, at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
