YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF DECEMBER 1, 2006 MASTR ASSET-BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2006-HE5 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE5 (“Petitioner”), has filed a Petition alleging intestacy of said decedent, showing property within the jurisdiction of this Court and asking that MARSHALL D. CHINEN, whose address is 2305 Ahaana Way, Honolulu, Hawaii 96821, be appointed Special Administrator of said Estate.
Thursday, April 19, 2018, at 9 a.m., the presiding Judge in Probate at the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl St., Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813, is the appointed date, time and place for hearing said Petition and all interested persons.
All heirs and interested parties are hereby notified to appear or to file a response or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Ken Ohara, of Clay Chapman Iwamura Pulice & Nervell, attorneys for Petitioner, whose address is 700 Bishop Street, Suite 2100, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, Petitioner will request the Court appoint MARSHALL D. CHINEN, Special Administrator of the Estate, and such other as prayed for in the Petition.
