YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Defendant ASSOCIATION OF APARTMENT OWNERS OF VILLAGE ON THE GREEN AT WAIKELE (“ASSOCIATION”) has commenced an action by way of a Cross-Claim, filed in Civil No. 17-1-0325-02 JHC in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, seeking foreclosure of that certain Notice of Lien for Unpaid Assessments and/or Fees, filed on May 2, 2017 with the Office of the Assistant Registrar of the Land Court of the State of Hawaii as Land Court Document No. T 9983195, regarding property located at TMK (1) 9-4-007-084, CPR No. 0012, Apt. No. RR-2, with a mailing address of 94-696 Lumiauau St., #RR-2, Waipahu, HI 96797, which secures payment of common expenses and assessments pursuant to H.R.S. §514B-146(g)(1) and (2) in the amount of $2,436.47, plus additional unpaid maintenance fees, assessments, late charges, and/or other fees, and is also seeking entry of money judgment against you in the amount of all delinquent common expenses and assessments, together with accrued interest, late fees, expenses, attorneys’ fees and costs.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Honorable JEANNETTE H. CASTAGNETTI, Judge of the above-entitled Court in her courtroom in the Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, on Tuesday, May 1, 2018, at 9:00 a.m., or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said date upon Christopher Shea Goodwin, attorney for Defendant ASSOCIATION, whose address is 737 Bishop Street, Suite 1640, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in Defendant ASSOCIATION’S Cross-Claim.
