All persons having a claim against the above-named estate or the Trust of DARLINA M. TAMAYO TRUST, dated April 5, 2008, are hereby notified that DORIS T. RUTH is the Trustee of the above-named Trust and the proposed Personal Representative of the Estate, whose address is c/o Suzanne T. Terada, 888 Mililani Street, Suite 300, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. Pursuant to H.R.S. §560:1-401, 3-801, 7-307 and 7-206, all creditors of the decedent, the above-named estate and Trust, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to the Trustee at the address shown above, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred. If any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, he must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to H.R.S. § 560:3-204.
