FILED, a document purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent, and a petition praying for formal probate thereof and issuance of Letters to JEANETTE BUDENHOLZER, Petitioner and Trustee of the above-named Trust, whose address is 2134 Sheraton Drive, Santa Clara, CA 95050.
All interested persons (including the heirs of Decedent’s deceased siblings, Milo Gouseen, Ernesto Goussen, and Wilfredo Goussen), are hereby notified that Thursday, APR 12 2018, at 9:00 a.m., before the Presiding Judge in Probate in his courtroom at Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl St., Honolulu, HI, is appointed the time and place for proving the Will and hearing all interested persons.
All creditors of the above estate and/or Trust are hereby noticed to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to the nominee at the above address within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
