YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006- AR25, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR25 has filed a Complaint against you in that action filed as Civil No. 17-1-0135-01 in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, seeking foreclosure of the property located at 91-694 Makalea St #120 Ewa Beach, HI 96706-5944, TMK No. (1) 9-1-010-118 (CPR 0006), in which you may claim an interest, for sums due on an unpaid Note and Mortgage and for other relief as is just and equitable.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Jeannette H. Castagnetti, Judge of the above-entitled Court, in her courtroom in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl St., Honolulu, HI 96813 on April 17, 2018, at 9:OO o’clock a.m. or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Steven T. lwamura, of Clay Chapman lwamura Pulice & Nervell, attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 700 Bishop St., Ste. 2100, Honolulu, HI 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
