YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT TRUSTEES OF THE ESTATE OF BERNICE PAUAHI BISHOP, doing business as KAMEHAMEHA SCHOOLS have commenced an action in Civil No. 17-1-1618-10 DEO in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit of the State of Hawaii, wherein it prays for a judgment in an amount to be shown at trial.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Dean E. Ochiai, on Apr. 17, 2018 at 9:00 a.m., of said day or to file with the court and serve upon Dennis W. Chong Kee and Dana A. Barbata, Plaintiffs’ attorneys, whose address is Cades Schutte LLP, 1000 Bishop Street, 12th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, an answer to Plaintiffs’ Complaint, which is herewith served upon you, before said day. If you fail to do so, entry of default and default judgment will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This summons shall not be personally delivered between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. on premises not open to the general public, unless a judge of the above-entitled court permits, in writing on this summons, personal delivery during those hours.
