The County of Kaua’i, Department of Water (KDOW) is conducting Environmental Impact Statement Preparation Notice (EISPN) Scoping Meetings for the Acquisition and Expansion of the Waiahi Surface Water Treatment Plant and Upgrade of the Related Waterline Transmission System (“Project”). The purpose of the meetings is to provide an overview of the proposed action and document public input on the topics and issues that should be analyzed in the Draft Environmental Impact Statement.
