NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Notice is hereby given that BEATRICE GOULD, a resident of Honolulu, Hawaii, died on June 20, 2026.
All persons having a claim against the Estate of Beatrice Gould or the Beatrice Gould 1995 Trust dated July 10, 1995, as amended, are hereby notified that NANCY L. GOULD and ROBERT W. GOULD, whose address is c/o Law Office of Lynn Y. Nakashima, 1100 Ward Avenue, Suite 705, Honolulu, Hawaii 96814, are serving as the co-Trustees of said trust.
Pursuant to H.R.S. Section 560:3-801, all creditors of the above-named estate and the above-named trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said co-Trustees at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
