The IN THE MATTER OF THE CHRISTINA KEKAUONOHI KALI TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 1, 2002.
Petitioner TIAA, FSB, mortgage creditor of the trust, filed its PETITION FOR IDENTIFICATION AND/OR APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE requesting that the Court 1) find and determine that there is a vacancy in the trusteeship that must be filled and 2) identify and appoint a successor trustee of the Trust until such a time that the underlying instrument can be located and/or beneficiaries of the trust be ascertained to represent the trust regarding the mortgaged real property located at 94-424 Honowai Pl, Waipahu, Hawaii 96797 (TMK: (1) 9-4-034-064).
The hearing for all interested parties will take place on October 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. before the presiding Judge in Probate, First Circuit Court, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, HI 96813.
