NOTICE OF EXECUTION SALE
Pursuant to the Writ of Execution, entered on March 10, 2025, in the case Bank Sinopac Co., Ltd., Plaintiff v. Zong-Ying He, aka Andy Chung Ying Ho, aka Andy C.Y. Ho, aka Andy Ho, aka Chung-Ying Ho, John Does 1-10, Jane Does 1-10, Doe Corporations 1-10, Doe Partnerships 1-10; Doe “Non-Profit” Corporations 1-10; Doe Associations 1-10; and Doe Governmental Entities 1-10, Defendants, Civil No. 18-1-0757-05 SMK in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, the undersigned Serving Officer, Michael Akoni Shannon has been directed to sell the described property at public or private sale to the highest bidder:
The interest of Zong-Ying He, aka Andy Chung Ying Ho, aka Andy C.Y. Ho, aka Andy Ho, aka Chung-Ying Ho in the real property in this circuit described as 469 Ena Road, #709, Honolulu, Hawai’i 96815, identified by Tax Map Key No. (1) 2-6-013-002-0052, as noted on Transfer Certificate of Title No. 337,824.
Auction Date: October 5, 2026 at 12:00 Noon at the plaza at the front of the First Circuit Court, State of Hawai’i, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu.
No upset price and no representations or warranties as to title or possession. The property is sold “as is” at public auction or private sale with 10% of highest bid payable in cash, certified or cashier’s check at close of auction with balance payable upon delivery of title. Buyer shall pay all costs of closing including escrow, conveyance and recordation fees and conveyance taxes. Serving Officer makes no representation or warranty regarding the property as to title, possession, condition, latent or patent defects, or encumbrances. Plaintiff Bank Sinopac Co., Ltd. may satisfy the down payment and purchase by way of offset up to the amount of its lien, in the event the Plaintiff is the purchaser of the property at the execution sale. Such sale shall not be final until approved by the Court.
