YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff ALOHA PACIFIC FEDERAL CREDIT UNION (hereafter "Plaintiff’) has filed a Complaint against you in Civil No. lDRC-26-987, in the District Court of the First Circuit (Honolulu Division), State of Hawaii, seeking a judgment and to collect the principal amount of TEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR AND 47/100 DOLLARS ($10,154.47), together with interest of ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-NINE AND 37/100 DOLLARS ($169.37) to January 22, 2026, and accruing interest thereafter, late fees of FIFTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($50.00) and reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs in connection with the collection of amounts due and owing under that certain Credit Sale Contract-Motor Vehicle-Simple Finance Charge (With Arbitration Provision) dated September 16, 2022 (hereafter "Contract"), under which Defendants STEPHEN MINTAC (hereafter "Defendant MINTAC") and PATRICK IBARRA JR. (hereafter "Defendant IBARRA") financed the sum of $84,915.73, in connection with their purchase of that certain 2018 Lexus GS-F, identified by VIN No. JTHBP1BL9JA002633 (hereafter "Vehicle"), pursuant to which Autosource, LLC made a loan to Defendant MINTAC and IBARRA in the original principal amount of EIGHTY-FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTEEN AND 73/100 DOLLARS ($84,915.73). Plaintiff is the current holder of the lender’s interest in the Contract.
