Notice to Creditors of the Estate and Trust of Ronald Allan Petty, also known as Ronald A. Petty, Deceased

Notice is hereby given that Ronald Allan Petty died on April 6, 2026. All persons having a claim against the Decedent, the Estate, and/or the Ronald A. Petty Living Trust dated June 18, 2013, are hereby notified that Lee Allan Petty, whose address is c/o David A. Bernstein, A Law Corporation, 1050 Bishop Street, #464, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, is the Trustee of the above-named Trust.

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes §560:3-801, all creditors of the Decedent, the Estate and/or the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Trustee at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
