YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that PROVIDENT FUNDING ASSOCIATES, L.P., has filed a Complaint against you in that action filed as Civil No. 3CCV-25-0000506 in the Circuit Court of the Third Circuit, State of Hawaii, seeking foreclosure of the property located at 77-6452 Alii Dr, Apt 106, Kailua Kona, Hawaii, 96740, TMK No. (3) 7-7-008-022 (CPR 0001), in which you may claim an interest, for sums due on an unpaid Note and Mortgage and for other relief as is just and equitable.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Honorable Kauanoe Jackson, Judge of the above-entitled Court, in her courtroom in the Circuit Court of the Third Circuit, Keahuolu Courthouse, 74-5451 Kamakaeha Avenue, Kailua-Kona, Hawai’i 96740, on September 2, 2026, at 8:15 a.m. or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Zachary K. Kondo, Esq., of Pulice Nervell, Attorneys at Law, attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 700 Bishop St., 21st Floor, Honolulu, HI 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
