Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, that the grading work (including erosion and dust control measures) and construction under Royal Contracting Co., Ltd. Contract No. 22122148 with Castle & Cooke Homes Hawaii, Inc. – KOA RIDGE Roads B & G Box Culvert, offsite work consisting of the construction and installation of 10’x8′ and 8’x7′ box storm drain culverts, drain manholes and drain pipes, including associated excavation and backfill, and other work appurtenant thereto. Located at Koa Ridge, Waipio, Oahu, Hawaii, affecting Tax Map Keys: 9-4-006:por 115 has been substantially completed.
