YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSR MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-1F, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1F, has filed a Complaint against you in that action filed as Civil No. 2CCV-25-0003746 in the Circuit Court of the Second Circuit, State of Hawaii, seeking foreclosure of the property located at 41 Kaniau Road, Lahaina, Hawaii, 96761, TMK No. (2) 4-5-027-054, in which you may claim an interest, for sums due on an unpaid Note and Mortgage and for other relief as is just and equitable.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Honorable Annalisa M. Bernard Lee, Judge of the above-entitled Court, in his/her courtroom in the Circuit Court of the Second Circuit, Hoapili Hale, 2145 Main Street, Suite 106, Wailuku, Hawai’i 96793-1679, on September 9, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Zachary K. Kondo, Esq., of Pulice Nervell, Attorneys at Law, attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 700 Bishop St., 21st Floor, Honolulu, HI 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
