YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff CENTRAL PACIFIC BANK (hereafter referred to as "Plaintiff") has filed a Complaint against you in Civil No. 17-1-1749-10 JHC, in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, seeking a judgment and to collect the principal amount of FIVE HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR AND 45/100 DOLLARS ($548,554.45), together with interest of ELEVEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY-EIGHT AND 11/100 DOLLARS ($11,838.11) to October 16, 2017, and accruing interest thereafter, escrow shortage of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY AND 33/100 DOLLARS ($130.33), late fees of SIX HUNDRED ONE AND 35/100 ($601.35) and reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs in connection with the collection of that certain Note dated October 18, 2010. Plaintiff is also seeking to foreclose its related Mortgage dated October 18, 2010, on that certain real property located at 45-226 William Henry Road, #H, Kaneohe, Hawaii 96744, and identified by Tax Map Key No. (1) 4-5-016-011, CPR No. 0004.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Jeannette H. Castagnetti, Circuit Court, First Circuit, Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, 4th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii, on March 13, 2018, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Plaintiff’s attorney, Cori Ann C. Takamiya, Kessner Umebayashi Bain & Matsunaga, whose address is 220 South King Street, Suite 1900, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
