OF GEORGE MATSUMOTO AND THE
GEORGE MATSUMOTO REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that GEORGE MATSUMOTO, a resident of Honolulu, Hawaii, died in Honolulu, Hawaii on January 16, 2026.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 560:3-801, all creditors of the decedent and the George Matsumoto Revocable Living Trust dated March 13, 1997, made by George Matsumoto ("Trust"), are hereby notified that Gaye Suyeko Miwa is the current and acting Successor Trustee of the Trust, whose address is c/o Devens, Nakano, Saito, Lee, Wong & Ching, 220 South King Street, Suite 1600, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. Pursuant to statute, all creditors of the decedent and the Trust must present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Successor Trustee at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
