All persons having a claim against the above-named estate or Trust are hereby notified that NORMA LOUISE RATHBURN, whose address is c/o Brandon T. Ito, AAL, LLLC, 1620 Ala Moana Blvd., Ste. 510, Honolulu, Hawaii 96815, is serving as successor trustee of the above-named Trust. JAMES A’ALAHILO RATHBURN, also known as JAMES A. RATHBURN, and as JAMES RATHBURN died in Honolulu, Hawaii, on June 8, 2017.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 560:3-801, all creditors of the Estate or Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to NORMA LOUISE RATHBURN at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
