FRANCIS alleging intestacy of said decedent and requesting that Estate Administrative Services, LLC, whose address is 1100 Alakea St. Ste 1600, Honolulu, HI 96813, be appointed Personal Representative of said estate.
Thursday, February 8, 2018, at 9:00 a.m. before the Honorable R. Mark Browning, presiding judge in probate, at Kaahumanu Hale,777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, HI 96813 is the rescheduled date, time and place for hearing said petition and all interested parties.
Any party wishing to object or respond to the Petition shall file such objection or response with the Court and serve it on all interested persons within thirty (30) days of service of the Petition and the Amended Order setting the hearing date or on the date of the scheduled hearing, whichever date occurs earlier.
All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
