The Last Will and Testament of Jim H. Liao, dated November 23, 2010, was informally admitted to probate on May 26, 2026, and Timmy L. Liao and Dawn L. Torrijos, formerly known as Dawn L. Liao, c/o Rosemarie S. J. Sam, Esq., P.O. Box 3196, Hon., HI 96801, (808) 547-5600, have been informally appointed as personal representatives of the decedent, without bond, in an unsupervised administration. If any interested person has an objection to the informal proceeding, he or she must file a petition for a formal proceeding, or such person may be deemed to have waived any objection.
All creditors of the above-named decedent and of the decedent’s estate, and the trust executed by the decedent on November 23, 2010, entitled “Jim H. Liao Revocable Trust,” of which Timmy L. Liao and Dawn L. Torrijos, formerly known as Dawn L. Liao, are the Successor Co-Trustees, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, at the address shown above, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
