Goode, praying for formal probate of the Last Will and Testament of the above-named decedent who died on December 20, 2019, together with a Petition for Probate of Will and Appointment of Personal Representative praying for probate thereof and issuance of Letters to Sherrill L. July 2, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. before the Honorable Judge Jeannette H. Castagnetti in her courtroom located at Ka’ahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Courtroom No. 14, Honolulu, HI 96813 is the appointed date, time and place for hearing on said petition and all interested persons.

If any interested person has objections to the formal probate, that person may file said objections to said petition; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate; that person must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. § 560:3-204.

All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee, at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
