You are hereby summoned to appear before the Honorable John M. Tonaki Judge of the above-entitled Court, in his courtroom in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, Ka’ahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, 4th Floor, Honolulu, Hawai’i, 96813 on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon TMLF Hawaii LLLC at 1003 Bishop Street, Suite 1200, Honolulu, HI 96813, attorneys for Plaintiff. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
