Notice To Creditors

Notice is hereby given that LOUIS L. GOWANS, JR. ("Decedent") passed away on September 13, 2017.
All persons having a claim against Decedent, the Estate of Louis L. Gowans, Jr.("Estate") or the Louis L. Gowans, Jr. Trust, dated May 4, 1990, as restated on January 15, 2002 ("Trust") are hereby notified that Julie G. Henderson, whose address is 304A Paiko Dr., Honolulu, Hawaii 96821, is serving as Trustee of the Trust.
All creditors of Decedent, the Estate or the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Trustee of the Trust at the address shown above within four (4) months of the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever banned.
