Ota and Misao Ota) ("Decedent") passed away on October 29, 2017. All persons having a claim against Decedent, the Estate of Mitch Hamamoto Ota ("Estate") or the Mitch H. Ota Revocable Living Trust dated November 19, 1996 ("Trust"), are hereby notified that DOREEN L. MIZUKI, whose address is P. O. Box 246, Kahului, Hawaii 96733, is serving as successor trustee of the Trust. Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of Decedent, the Estate or the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to DOREEN L.
