REIKO ITO CHOY Reiko I. Choy passed away peacefully on May 2, 2025 at age 95 in Honolulu, Hawaii. She was born in Okinoshima, Japan, graduated from Doshisha University, then came to the U.S. She worked as an administrative assistant at Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago then at the University of Southern California. She was predeceased by her husband, Jacob, and is survived by her daughter, Cindy, and her son, Cyrus. She also leaves family in Japan which includes her sisters Aiko and Junko, her brother Kazuo and numerous nieces/nephews and grand nieces/nephews. Reiko will be reunited with Jacob in their final resting place at the Punchbowl National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific.
