ARTHUR EARL GOLDBERGER WWII Veteran, Loving Husband and Father: Arthur Earl Goldberger, 96, passed away on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at 6am at Tripler Army Medical Center. He was the most amazing man that ever lived. All of his wishes were granted, he passed so peacefully and his work on Earth was complete. He was a great Teacher to all that met him. Born January 12, 1921 in Pine Bluff Arkansas. Arthur joined the US Army Air Corps in 1949, well before the Air Corps became the Air Force. He was a pilot through WW2, the Vietnam War and the Korean Conflict. He blessed this earth with his presence, wisdom and love. In Vietnam, in 1967 he met the love of his life, Ngyuen Thi Bach Hoa, now Helenne Goldberger. He had 3 children Charles, Gene and Judy. Sadly, both Charles and Gene have passed as well and have met him in Heaven. They are together now. He is survived by his wife Helenne and his daughter Judy. His services are as follows: 12/12 Tuesday, Wake service, Borthwick Mortuary downtown, 6-7pm food and refreshments provided 12/13 Wednesday, Memorial service, Tripler Army Medical Center Chapel, 3D, 5-6pm food and refreshments provided 12/14 Thursday, Burial service, Kaneohe Veteran’s cemetery, 2pm SHARP, WW2 Full Honors Burial committal service Special thanks to Dr. Paul Allred and his Team at Tripler Army Medical Center for their expert help to Arthur and his Family.
