Notice is hereby given that JIM BECKER passed away on February 7, 2025. All interested persons, including creditors, having a claim against the above-named Decedent, Estate or the Trustee of the Indenture of Trust dated December 1, 1971 (“Trust”), are hereby notified that BANK OF HAWAII, c/o BART M. KOZA, ESQ., 220 South King Street, Suite 1600, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, is serving as Personal Representative and as Trustee of the above-named estate and Trust. Any interested person desiring further notice must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS §560:3-204. Pursuant to HRS §560:3-801, all creditors of the above-named estate and Trust are hereby notified to present its claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Personal Representative or Trustee of the Trust, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
