ESTATE OF NELSON H. MURAOKA, also known as Nelson Hirotami Muraoka, Deceased, and the NELSON H. MURAOKA REVOCABLE TRUST DATED JUNE 2, 1989.
Filed, a document purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the above-named decedent, who died on October 19, 2024, together with an Application by FAITH N. NAKASONE and WAYNE H. MURAOKA, whose address is c/o 810 15th Avenue, Honolulu, Hawaii 96816, praying for informal probate and issuance of Letters to said FAITH N. NAKASONE and WAYNE H. MURAOKA.
If any interested person has objection to the informal probate, the person may file a petition for formal testacy proceedings; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, the person must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS § 560:3-204.
All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee. at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
Further, all creditors of the trust established by the decedent under a trust agreement dated June 2, 1989, and known as the Nelson H. Muraoka Revocable Trust ("Trust"), are hereby notified that FAITH N. NAKASONE and WAYNE H. MURAOKA are the Co-Trustees of the Trust, whose address is c/o 810 15th Avenue, Honolulu, Hawaii 96816, and that any and all claims which they have against the Trust, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Co-Trustees, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
