OF THE ESTATE OF CLARK G. HATCH
AND THE CLARK G. HATCH REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that CLARK G. HATCH, also known as Clark Gail Hatch, a resident of Honolulu, Hawaii, died in Honolulu, Hawaii, on October 31, 2024.

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 560:3-801, all creditors of the decedent and the trust created by that certain unrecorded trust agreement dated May 9, 2011 ("Trust"), made by CLARK G. HATCH are hereby notified that Yuji Fukumori is the current and acting successor Trustee of the Trust, whose post office address is c/o Frank T. Kanemitsu, 55 Merchant Street, #3000, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813. Pursuant to statute, all creditors of the above-named decedent and Trust must present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate to the successor Trustee of the Trust at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
