NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF
CONTRACT NO. 23122002

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, that the grading work (including erosion and dust control measures) and construction by Paradigm Construction LLC. of five (5) private streets which supports the surrounding developments. Construction includes water system, drainage system, sanitary sewer system, concrete curbs, asphaltic concrete pavement, concrete sidewalks, parking lot, street lights and installation of electrical, cable TV, and telephone site work, and all work appurtenant thereto, covered by Contract No. 23122002 with Castle & Cooke Homes Hawaii, Inc. – KOA RIDGE VILLAGE DRIVEWAYS, located at Koa Ridge, Waipio, Oahu, Hawaii, affecting Tax Map Key: (1) 9-4-006: portion of 115 has been completed.
