You are hereby notified that the Association of Apartment Owners of Inn on the Park (“Plaintiff”) has filed a Complaint against you in the action filed as Civil No. 1CCV-24-0001419 (JHA) in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, seeking foreclosure of the real property located at 1920 Ala Moana Blvd., #1003, Honolulu, Hawaii 96815, Tax Map Key No. (1) 2-6-007-026, CPR 0072, in which you may claim an interest under that certain Assignment of Condominium Conveyance Document dated March 28, 2017 and recorded in the Office of the Assistant Registrar of the State of Hawaii as Document No. T-9951270, affecting Transfer Certificate of Title No. 971,147, and the Bureau of Conveyances of the State of Hawaii on March 31, 2017 as Document No. A-62990721, and for other relief as is just and equitable.
You are hereby summoned to appear before the Honorable James H. Ashford, Judge of the above-entitled Court, in his courtroom in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, Ka’ahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, 4th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, on TUESDAY, JUNE 03, 2025, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon PORTER KIAKONA KOPPER, LLP, 841 Bishop Street, Suite 1500, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, attorneys for Plaintiff. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
