TERMS OF SALE: NO UPSET PRICE The property will be sold in "as is", "where is" condition without warranties of any nature, to the highest bidder at public auction without upset price. Ten percent (10%) of the highest bid shall be payable by certified or cashier’s check at the close of the auction, the balance of the purchase price to be paid concurrently with the conveyance to the purchaser.
