Notice is hereby given that Nancy Natsuko Nishimura (“Decedent”) passed away on August 19, 2024.
All persons having a claim against Decedent, the Estate of Nancy N. Nishimura (“Estate”) or The Revocable Trust of Nancy Natsuko Nishimura dated September 12, 1985, as amended (“Trust”), are hereby notified that Gail A. Hayashi and Amy G. Timas, whose address is c/o Tammy D. Kimata, Esq., of Carlsmith Ball LLP, 1001 Bishop Street, #2100, Honolulu, HI 96813, are serving as Co-Trustees of the Trust.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of Decedent, the Estate or the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Gail A. Hayashi and Amy G. Timas, as Co-Trustees of the Trust, at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
