COMPLETION OF

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by FBC Hawaii LLC, fka Fullmer Brothers Construction LLC, aka FBC Roofing of that certain roof replacement, removal of all existing shingles, re-nailing loose wood, and installing
"dry-in" underlayment and water/leak barrier, drip edge, and new shingles and flashings situated at 59-491 Ke Waena Road, Haleiwa, Hawaii 96712, TMK: (1) 5-9-003-003, has been completed.
