OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Maryl Group Construction, Inc of that certain Site improvements, renovations to buildings’ roofs, exterior facades & structure; new fire sprinkler systems, new mechanical RTUs, and misc. electrical/lighting upgrades, situated at 25 Kaneohe Bay Drive, Kailua, HI 96734, TMK: (1) 4-4-2-37, has been completed.
