YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT BANK OF HAWAII (“BOH”), has filed a Cross-Claim against you in the foreclosure action in Civil No. 1CC181001186, wherein BOH prays for the amounts due and owing under the note and for the foreclosure sale of the real property located at 239 Mananai Place, #54W, Honolulu, Hawaii 96818; TMK No. (1) 9-9-076-023-0018, in which you may claim an interest and for other relief as is just and equitable.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable James H. Ashford, judge of the above-entitled court, in his courtroom in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, at 777 Punchbowl Street, 4th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at 9:00 am or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon BOH’s counsel, Matthew C. Shannon, Esq., whose address is 700 Bishop Street, Suite 900, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Cross-Claim.
