YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Defendant ASSOCIATION OF APARTMENT OWNERS OF THE PEARL RIDGE GARDENS & PEARL RIDGE TOWERS (“ASSOCIATION”) has commenced an action by way of a COUNTER-CLAIM AGAINST PLAINTIFF BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; DEFENDANT ASSOCIATION OF APARTMENT OWNERS OF THE PEARL RIDGE GARDENS AND PEARL RIDGE TOWER’S CROSS-CLAIM AGAINST DEFENDANT ANTONIO V. LORENZO, JR.; EXHIBITS
“1” – “3”; SUMMONS; and CERTIFICATE OF SERVICE (“Cross-Claim”), filed herein on September 29, 2023 in Civil No. 1CCV-23-0000316 (JHA) in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, seeking judgment in the principal amount of $38,899.,13 as of September 25, 2023, which represents common expenses and assessments charged to the property located at TMK (1) 9-8-039-003, CPR No. 0078, Apt. No. 5-204 with a mailing address of 98-1030 Moanalua Road, Unit #204, Aiea, HI 96701, plus accrued interest, additional unpaid maintenance fees, assessments, late fees, electricity-unit, and electricity-common, and attorneys’ fees and costs.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Honorable James H. Ashford, Judge of the above-entitled Court, in his courtroom at Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813, on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at 9 a.m., or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said date upon Christopher Shea Goodwin, attorney for Defendant ASSOCIATION, whose address is 737 Bishop Street, Suite 1640, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in Defendant ASSOCIATION’s Cross-Claim.
