The property will be sold in "as is" condition without warranties of any nature, to the highest bidder at public auction Ten percent (10%) of the highest bid shall be payable by certified or cashier’s check at the close of the auction, the balance of the purchase price to be paid concurrently with the conveyance to the Buyer. Potential bidders must register, and shall provide proof of ability to comply with the 10% of bid requirement prior to participating in the public auction.
