CONTRACTOR’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 507-43 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, that HAWAIIAN DREDGING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. has completed construction of those certain improvements known as the “ILILANI” project [HDCC Job No. 12010], located at 615 Keawe Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 (Tax Map Key: [Oahu] 2-1-51:45, formerly 2-1-051:011, 2-1-051:012) in accordance with its contract with ILILANI, LLC, Owner.
