This notice is to inform the public at large that a Land Patent Claim has been recorded into the STATE OF HAWAII BUREAU OF CONVEYANCES against the property commonly known as “84-817 Moua Street Waianae, HI [96792]” as document number A-62191030 on January 10, 2017.

A lawful claim, has been made to exercise rights to the patented land of Abner Paki granted by Kamehameha III under Royal Patent 2243 (& LCA 10613) currently alienated by the real-estate property described above. If you claim ownership of alleged property, you are hereby granted 30 (thirty) days to remove the property in question from the date of this notice otherwise property is considered to be declared and acknowledged as abandoned and or vacated.

No “open houses” or “inspections” of any kind will be granted to anyone not claiming ownership of property to be removed from patented land or furnishment of superior title.
