NOTICE OF INTENT TO TERMINATE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that STC Park Lane, LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company, intends to file Articles of Termination with the Hawaii Department of Commerce & Consumer Affairs effective: September 30, 2023. Anyone having a claim must present the claim in writing to the dissolved Company at 80 North King Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96817. The claim must include the claimant’s full legal name, a summary description and the amount of the claim, the date the claim arose and contact information, including claimant’s address and telephone number. Any claim will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce it is commenced within two years after the later of the last publication date of this newspaper notice or the date of filing of the article of termination.
