NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF THE TRUST AND ESTATE OF HERMAN H. TROCHE, ALSO KNOWN AS
HERMAN HENRY TROCHE, DECEASED

Notice is hereby given that HERMAN H. TROCHE, also known as Herman Henry Troche, passed away on July 18, 2022.
All interested persons, including creditors, having a claim against the above-named Decedent’s Estate or the Trustee of the Herman H. Troche Revocable Trust dated May 21, 1997 (“Trust”), are hereby notified that RENEE TOYOKO TROCHE whose address is c/o 700 Bishop Street, Suite 2100, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 is serving as representative of the Estate and as Trustee of the Trust.
Any interested person desiring further notice must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS §560:3-204.
Pursuant to HRS §560:3-801, all creditors of the above-named estate and trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to RENEE TOYOKO TROCHE at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
