YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff KE NOHO KAI COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., by its Board of Directors ("Association") has filed a Complaint against you in Civil No. 1CCV-22-0000843 in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, whereby said Association prays for judgment in an amount to be proven at trial, together with costs and attorneys’ fees incurred in connection herewith and/or foreclosure sale of the subject property located at 91-1005 Kaihi Street, Ewa Beach, HI 96706.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Honorable Jeannette H. Castagnetti Judge of this Court in her Courtroom at 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii on Tuesday, the 21st day of March, 2023, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., or to file an answer or other pleadings and serve it before said date upon MELANIE K. OAYMA or ANYA M. PEREZ, attorneys for Association, whose address is 1000 Bishop Street, Ste. 801, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Association’s Complaint.
