The above-named decedent died on December 16, 2022. All creditors of the above-named decedent and/or her Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to Edward Pena, Successor Trustee of the CARMEN LILIANA PENA Revocable Living Trust dated August 26, 2021, c/o Dean M.
