NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, that all of the certain construction of improvements by PacCon Construction on the real property situated at 92-575 Ualehei St., Honolulu, Hawaii, TMK: 92008019, has been abandoned as of January 6, 2023.
