YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff KIYOHITO NISHIBAYASHI ("Plaintiff’) has commenced an action by way of Complaint in Civil No. 1CCV-22-0001184 (JPC) in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, seeking declaratory relief and money judgment against you in the above-entitled Court, whereby he prays for judgment in the amount of not less than $500,000 together with interest, attorneys’ fees and costs.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable JEFFREY P. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiffs Complaint.
